
Anna Teresa Rasinka - Poland
Anna Rasinska is from Opole, Poland. She studied sculpture at the Academy of Fine Art in Kracow, Poland and works primarily with four mediums: stone, metal, bronze, and steel.
She also studied wood carving at the College of Fine Art in Opole, Poland and in 2006 she won the medal for best diploma for her work titled “Metropolis Mass Machine”.
“For me as a young artist, the symposium is the ability to realize my creative ambitions, because I understand that art arises at the moment of contact with the recipient. I live in the space of art and my desire is to continue searching for interesting forms. I think that dialogue with art is of great importance to citizens and to art itself. Sculpture is a small architecture – it has to live in space in order to exert influence on city dwellers.”
